Terms and Conditions ("Terms")

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the http://tomcomer.net/app/fair_skies website and Fair Skies mobile application (the "Service") operated by Thomas Comer ("me", "my", "I").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Subscriptions

Fair Skies requires a subscription for a price defined within the application per year to cover the cost of weather data, radar data, and on going feature development. You will be automatically billed every 365 days until you cancel your subscription. You subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. You subscription can be managed and auto-renewal turned off by going to the iTunes Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed durning the active subscription period.

Thomas Comer has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. Changes

I reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at my sole discretion.
